I have been researching swapping out my classic Water Heater Tank with a tankless unit for almost 5 years. The team at Tankless [Concepts] was first rate, patiently provided tons of information, was incredibly responsive, and even coordinated the installation of a new gas meter and regulator to supply high pressure gas. This morning's shower was Hot and Plentiful, thanks again, to Linda, Ed, and Brent.

Rod truly saved the day. From the moment he walked through the door it seemed he knew he would be able to fix my tankless issues. After being out of hot water for a few days I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism . . . Rod did what none of the other three companies who came in did; he looked at the existing venting, water, gas, and took off the front cover of the tank. All of the other companies priced the work as if they were starting from scratch and installing and venting a whole new system. Everyone else told me my unit was fit for the trash.
 
This company knows what they are doing with Tankless Water Heaters. Tankless Concepts isn't a plumbing company that dabbles in tankless water heaters. They don't try to sell you on a bunch of things you don't need to get you spend more money. I will never consider working with another company when it comes to my tankless.

Saved me thousands.

Everything went well...Brent did a wonderful job. Now we never run out of hot water and the water in our master bath warms in a minute instead of three minutes. We had a 50 gallon tank on the 4th level of our town home...a disaster waiting to happen. I love my Tankless Water Heater.

Brent, our installer from Tankless Concepts, turned up to our house right on time and ready to install. When he got started he unloaded the contents of his truck in our backyard and used the yard as a staging area. I loved this part of the project because I got to look over everything that was being installed. I was like a kid on water heater Christmas morning.

In the end we're definitely adding Tankless Concepts to our list of local recommendations when it comes to both tankless water heaters and chimney work (which happens to be their other specialty). We've heard good things from friends, neighbors, and blog readers, so it's not just us. If you end up using them for anything, make sure to tell them Old Town Home sent you. Besides, we might need to give them a call in the future when we want to make our second fireplace functional again.
