We specialized in tankless water heaters long before local and regional plumbing companies paid much attention to tankless water heaters. Over the years, many have referred clients looking for tankless systems to us. As fewer traditional tank heaters are being sold, these other companies have migrated more to tankless. However, most don't have our specialized years of experience or provide the service and maintenance that we do. Please consider our small, but experienced, family-owned business for your tankless water heater needs.

​"I had a tankless water heater installed in my old house and I just moved to this house. The water heater was having issues, so I called several companies for a tankless water heater, and they were by far the best company. I had concerns about how long it takes to get hot water in this big house. They gave me great recommendations for recirculation systems and wireless remote / smart app to control the system. Now I can just set the temp, enable recirculation a couple minutes before turning the shower on full hot and enjoy my shower at the exact temp I want for as long as I like. They know what they are talking about, did a top-notch professional install and were much less expensive than the other two companies. I highly recommend Tankless Concepts!"

​"HIGHLY recommend Tankless Concepts. GREAT people! I have a Navian Tankless water heater and started experiencing cold bursts. I called them on Friday at 4:30 and explained my issue. The technician arrived promptly on Monday morning, listened to the concern. Had me turn on the water and watched the system. His treatment of my home and space shows how much this company cares. He took time to explain what was happening and even showed me the broken part. Not only did he know, he educated me about my flow rate (bonus!). He had a new valve ready to install. He also performed a couple other checks to make sure the system was running optimal. As we discussed how painless their service was he explained how the service team is directly trained to work on the products and as an authorized service dealer, they have on hand most parts so we don't have to wait to order/deliver and reschedule. A lot of companies like to claim they are manufacture trained but leave you wondering, not Tankless Concepts - they run a very knowledgeable operation. No one else will service my water heater after this experience. I put their contact information right on the heater for any future service needs.
