Called Ed on a Friday and scheduled the estimate for the following Monday. Ed was on time and very informative about the product. He spent about an hour with me walking me through all of the details about the system. Executed the proposal and the installation was scheduled for the following week. Tankless Concepts handled everything from pulling the permits to scheduling Washington Gas for the meter split. The meter split took about 45 minutes and the installation of the full system was completed on the same day. They did a very clean installation and left my workshop in the same state as they arrived.

It was the RC98HPi that was installed. Everything was well done, and we are extremely happy with the hot water!

The tankless water heater has GREATLY improved the quality of life in our house. if my back hurts I turn up the heat and feel better. If the kids get home from a game we quickly punch in each individual perfect shower temprature and voila. No more struggling with adjusting water temperature in an old house. We never touch cold water nozzle, just perfect 110 degree showers. We can even have multiple people take showers now without someone getting shortchanged or blasted with cold water. We can even flush the toilet without someone screaming.

Highly professional, both hot water tankless heater and fireplace, sales and install. We have recommended you to several people.

I had a 67 gal hot water heater in my attic. It felt so good to get that "disaster-waiting-to-happen" out of my house.

Everyone should install a tankless water heater to help reduce energy consumption. It doesn't make sense to keep water hot 24x7 using a conventional tank if its not going to be used anytime soon. Besides, we're all going to be forced to conserve energy sooner or later, if its not already too late.

The installer was thorough and the work was very professionally performed. They took care of the permitting and even arranged for Washington Gas to come out and perform a gas line upgrade to allow the Rinnai to perform. I am impressed with the company and will recommend them highly to others.

Ed Clark was wonderful. He was so prompt and got the job done really quickly, which was great because our old unit had failed. He was able to respond and install with only one day's notice. And we love the Rinnai! Our gas bill has dropped to a low I never thought I would see, and that after we installed two gas cooktops, replacing our old electric cooktop. The old hot water heater must have been gobbling gas! We are very happy with both the product and the installer.

I had to meet with a few different dealers before I was finally able to make some progress - but it was worth the wait - Tankless Concepts did a wonderful job at the right price and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service.

We have frequent power outages. I have connected my unit to a UPS. It would be helpful to have some recommendations from Rinnai regarding the type/capacity of a UPS for this purpose. FYI, I am using a 900 VA - 540 watt model with 75 minutes of runtime (for a computer). The water heater I replaced was gas but needed a blower motor to vent, so when the power was off, we did not have not water. Now, with the Rinnai and a UPS, I really do have unlimited hot water. The installers recommended a UPS -- the finishing touch to an excellent job.

I contacted many dealers in my area. I got many different price quotes and recommendations for installation. Tankless Concepts was the ONLY dealer that knew what they were talking about. Because my installation was complicated, I ended up calling Rinnai (manufacturer) to verify installation recommendations. Ed Clark from Tankless Concepts was the only dealer who knew how to correctly install and vent my unit! And he had the best price!

All in all I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. Everything was explained to me in basic terms and there were no surprises. I have more room in my utility closet since my large tank has been removed. The basic compact Rinnai unit fits my needs and is working beautifully. I am very, very satisfied with this product.

There is another in-line heating system that competes with you and I tried to get a price comparison but I couldn't because whomever is acting as their reps were NOT interested in doing anything with their system. They didn't want to bother and told me so. I spent 2 hours on the phone, talked to four people (some didn't even EVER call back) and got nowhere. Then, I called Rinnai's Ed CLark and HE was AMAZING!!!!! You folkes are lucky to have this man as your rep. Because my house is a fire restoration job, I was having to wait for the indurance company for the funding, but the work needed to be done with the Rinnai before construction went further or it would have cost me more to rip out the out dated system the contracter wanted to put in and ED CLARK went ahead and installed the sytem and waited for the last half of the payment. He was Amazing. He responded quickly and accomodated the primary contracter beautifully.
